JWordTrainer is a generic tool that helps you to memorize words for basically any pair of languages. As a pure HTML/Javascript web application it will run in any browser on any OS (Windows, Linux, Mac, ...).

It works as follows: First you add the words from your individual lessons to input files, then you specify how many words from which input files you want to be asked and the programme will randomly choose that many. The first word is displayed, you think about it and then click a button to show the translation. After that you may decide whether to keep the word in the quiz (e.g., because you were wrong, it will be asked again later) or not. Then another word is shown. Like this, you continue until no more words are left.

There are no statistics or any checks whether you really knew the word or not. This tool is not meant for comparisons or tests but it will help you memorizing words quickly by...

As an example the words from the Pali Programme 2010 at Dhammagiri, India are included (I wrote this tool during my stay there) and the README explains in detail how to add new words to existing languages and how to add new languages.

Inside the package you will also find my contact E-Mail address. Any feedback is very welcome.
